Wellness Walks

Wellness Walks – RECC, Truro – April 2nd, 9am-10am. Join healthcare providers from the Northern Zone Mobile Health & Wellness Team every Wednesday and bi-weekly on Tuesdays to participate in group walks that focus on connection, wellness and coming together to achieve health goals. Staff members present could be an occupational therapist and/or Pharmacist.
