Zumba Dance Fitness – Maggie’s Place – Oct 3rd 10am – 11am & Oct 6 6pm – 7pm. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness, not to mention stress reducing.
