Tabata & Mobility combo
Tabata – Burn stubborn body fat, get stronger, build lean muscle mass, and improve your level of fitness working in intervals, which allows everyone to work at a pace that is right for them. The most common interval method is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Mobility – Exercises that take the muscle, tendons, and the joint through their entire range of motion. We will do this using high levels of control. This works on balance, coordination, agility, and functional strength. This type of training has been shown to increase walking speed, decrease falls, improve sit to stand ability, and improve balance.
**Modifications will be shown for those who have range of motion issues.
