Maggie’s Place Family Resource Centre, Truro – Jan 30th & Feb 2nd  9am – 10am. Burn stubborn body fat, get stronger, build lean muscle mass, and improve your level of fitness working in intervals, which allows everyone to work at a pace that is right for them. The most common interval method is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
