Relaxing Yoga – Maggie’s Place – Oct 1st 10am – 11am & Oct 5 10am – 11am. You will experience deep rhythmic breathing accompanied by simple stretches in a safe and comfortable setting. When the mind quiets down and your body resolves patterns of tension, then Harmony and well-being are naturally restored. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind and de-stress. Bring a mat and something warm such as a hoodie. Bring a strap and a block as well if you have them.
