No Repeat – No Boredom Interval Training Workout – Maggie’s Place Family Resource Centre, Truro – Nov 30th 6:15pm – 7pm. Very similar to Tabata but in this workout are most often working for 40 seconds with 20 second rests. In this we never repeat the same move twice. This class gets the job done and gets over quick every single time. No boredom workout.
