Friday Outdoor Slow Flow – Victoria Park, Truro – July 12th, 9:30am-10:30am. Meet in front of the band stand for a class in beautiful Victoria Park. Class can be held inside at studio280 (280 Willow Street for rain dates). Please bring a towel for on top of your mat to prevent slipperiness if the grass is wet.
