Acrylic Painting for Beginners

One of our talented artists, Suzanne Hastings-James will run this introductory class on Tuesdays while she is volunteering at the gallery. Each session of this 6 week class will focus on a particular skill (e.g. colour mixing, composition, etc.) and will use still life compositions and photos. The formal class itself will run from 1-3pm each week with the opportunity to work independently from 3-4pm. Each week will result in a completed painting. In the last two classes, participants will be invited to paint the subjects of their choice.
